Mod Ledger Course Terms of Use & Service Agreement
This Course Terms of Use & Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of digital courses, materials, and content (collectively, the “Course”) provided by Modern Ledger Business Services, LLC dba Mod Ledger (“Mod Ledger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Educational Purpose Only
The Course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide, and does not constitute, accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice specific to your situation. Your use of the Course does not create a client relationship with Mod Ledger.
2. No Professional Relationship
Purchasing or completing the Course does not establish an accountant-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Mod Ledger. Any guidance provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific business, financial, or tax circumstances.
3. No Guarantees or Outcomes
Mod Ledger makes no guarantees regarding results, financial outcomes, business performance, or tax savings from use of the Course. Results vary based on individual effort, business conditions, and how information is applied.

7. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, scripts, graphics, downloads, and templates, are the property of Mod Ledger and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or modify Course content without prior written permission.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
All Course purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of the Course, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted.
9. Access & Use
Mod Ledger reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Course content at any time without prior notice. Access may be revoked if this Agreement is violated.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
