The one thing we ask: be straight with us about your accounts and transactions.
Your package is based on what you tell us – how many accounts, how many transactions. If we get in there and find accounts or volume that weren’t mentioned, the package has to be adjusted to match reality. Not as a gotcha – just because we quoted a job based on the map, and the map has to match the territory.
